Everybody was supper friendly. The room was big with AC, all basic comforts, for example, I felt comfortable there. The breakfast was tasty with waffels and free coffee, for example, had everything you could want.

Excellent location near U-bahn and S-bahn stations, good-sized rooms, good breakfast, nice small hotel atmosphere
Pillows were quite flat, you have to use two of them or fold one in half.

The breakfast was delicious and nicely set up, plus they offered free coffee ☕. My room was a good size and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the staff really went out of their way to assist me.

The room was spacious, attractively furnished and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent too. And the hotel is well located for the Praterstern railway station, and metro line straight into the city centre.
There aren't any appealing restaurants close to the hotel; only some rather grotty looking ones (and a hotdog stand). On the other hand it is only 10 minutes by U-Bahn to Stephansplatz, so I just went there.

Stayed at Hotel for conference at Messe Wein. Very good location, close to train, tube and bus station. Easy to get to centre of city. If too tired to use these services taxi from city centre to hotel only costs max of 10 euros.basic hotel, good breakfast. But no wifi.
No wifi in 2011 is a problem. A liitle investment would really be welcomed and up the rating of Hotel

the staff is nice and help me a lot.
1. no lift, i have to move my big louge to the 3rd floor. 2. no aircondition in room. it is very unconfortable in summer in vienna. but the hotel staff find a fan to me even though the fans is broken. 3. the hotel location is not very good like what booking mention.
